 | Servicing includes payment of all utility bills gas, electric,
council tax, TV license, etc. |
 | Bed linen will be changed weekly and at the end of every stay. |
 | Towels and toilet rolls are provided. |
 | Tea coffee, biscuits & milk are provided at the start of every
stay. |
 | The apartment will normally be cleaned every 3-4 days and at the
end of every stay. |

 | For advanced booking (greater
than 14 days)
 | A non-refundable 20% deposit is payable on booking with the
balance due 2 weeks before arrival. |
 | In the event of cancellation the deposit only will be forfeited
up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. |
 | For cancellations within 14 days of arrival there will be no
refund unless the property is re-let. |

For Late Booking (less than 14 days to
arrival)
 | Payment is required in full to confirm reservation. |
 | In the event of cancellation, 80% may be refunded providing the
property is re-let. If ther porperty remains vacant, no refund will
be given. |
 | Special terms are available for regular business customers. |

 | Failure to pay.
 | Under no circumstances will the access be given to the
accommodation without prior receipt (and clearance) of the full
payment. |

 | Use of Property
 | The property is let for the purposes of short term accommodation
only. A maximum of two people may share the apartment. |
 | No drugs, pets, or smoking |

 | Arrival / Departure
 | On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the
accommodation by 10.00 am. If you require a different time please
contact to arrange. |
 | Guests are requested to arrive after 4.00pm . Should you wish to
arrive at a different time, please contact us with your preferred
time. |
